The shoulder title M.T. was never issued. These letters were made in chrome and were due to be issued in the late 1970's to be worn on the epaulettes with the introduction of the diced cap band. The cap was not brought into use at the time so the wearing of the M.T. was cancelled. When the diced cap band was introduced at a later date the M.T. was never issued.
