Durham City Borough Police Special Constables medal

At the end of the 1st WW medals were awarded to the Special Constables of Durham City and 350 were awarded. The rear of the medal has the officers name and if he was a sergeant or above this was also engraved on the medal. Top bar has the words 'Durham City Special Constable', the front has the Durham Coat of Arms. The medals have been seen as single issue, also with the Special Constable 'For Faithful Service in the Special Constabulary' which was awarded from August 1919, and also with 1st WW medals.
