Andy Parker Deputy Chief Constable Warwickshire Police

Andy Parker was promoted to DCC on the 16 July 2007 having performed the temporary role for the previous twelve months. He joined Warwickshire as Assistant Chief Constable on the 17th January 2005 from North Yorkshire Police.
His present responsibilities include Professional Standards, Performance, Corporate Development and the management of critical incidents. He has specific responsibility for leading the force change programme.
He is a member of the ACPO Performance Management Business Area where he leads on Performance Development, the National Management Information System (NMIS) and the HO Data Hub.
He is also the ACPO lead for the development of policing relationships with the Rwandan National Police.
During his service with North Yorkshire Police Andy gained experience as a BCU Commander and as a Senior Investigating Officer. He has worked on several major incidents including the Great Heck rail disaster, the Duneswick air crash and the York and Selby floods.
He is married with two children
