Cst's 96H & 148H names shown on the back are Bill DICKSON & Jim CARNOCHAN

Photos has date of 11/01/1941 written on the front, but on the back it is stamped from 'Liverpool & Bootle Constabulary Identification Section' and dated as reprinted in 1972.

The Royal Enfield motor cycle combination CKD 13  photograph was taken at Old Swan police Yard where at that time, 1941, the motor patrols were based.   The sidecar was known as a Winnipeg model.
