Assistant Chief Constable Keith Smy
On 1st July Keith Smy joined Lincolnshire Police as Assistant Chief Constable (ACC), taking over from Assistant Chief Constable Elaine Hill who recently retired after 32 years service with the force.

ACC Smy joins Lincolnshire from a varied policing background, most recently as a Divisional Commander with Staffordshire Police, having progressed since joining the force as a constable in 1984.  He has a wide range of experience, from specialist roles and CID to mainstream operational policing, including Head of Protective Services, Basic Command Unit Commander and Head of the Human Resources Department.
