From my research I think this is Colin Creswell M.M. A native of Denton, He served as No. 97394 Driver RFA in the First World War, Military Medal gazetted 27th June 1918. At the age of 24 years, a hatter by trade, he was appointed to the Glossop Borough Police as Pc 18 on 5th April 1923 and resigned 15th May 1930. Reason given for resigning " Health reasons, his wife and himself not being in the best of health for some time".
