BIRMINGHAM CITY POLICE, A DIVISION, 1921/22 The officers are named underneath. In addition the Constable's collar numbers in the rear rank at: L-R PC 93;54;20;52;25. They were the winners of the Francis Webb Challenge Cup for 1921/22. I presume this was for billiards.
