Hartlepool Borough Special Constable medal
|
The front of the medal has the coat of arms of the Borough of Hartlepool. The medal is made of silver and 116 were issued, unfortunately they did not name the medals. The medals were presented in July 1919 at the Justice Room, Hartlepool by the mayor Councillor CJ Watson.
